You have got to leave the frame and go to the "fine tuning" knob behind the reaction trough, and get the best oscillation frequency. You have to use the "fine tuning" to get the best oscillation frequency first, because the range of the measurable oscillation frequency of ANTQ300 is 2-16MHz, but the frequency of the chip currently used in ANTQ300 is 9MHz. If, however, you fail to get the frequency after taking the above-mentioned measures, you will have to change the chip and perform the test once more, as the chip may not oscillate.

When injecting sample, please make sure that minimum amount of injection is at least 250ul (sample loop 100ul, from place of injection to loop is about 70ul).
  • Expelling: Absorbing about 5cm gas from buffer and using the large bubbles carrying small bubbles method to carry away the bubbles absorb onto the wall of the tube or the surface of the chip gold electrode. But before suction of large bubbles first turn the knob on the valve to load position in order to avoid bubbles remaining in the sample loop.
